Pilot Terms
What a 30-day pilot includes, what we ask of you, and what happens to your data.
Offered by RECAPTURED, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("ReCaptured," "we," "us"). These terms cover 30-day pilots. Your written pilot agreement controls if it says something different. The Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Notice apply during a pilot.
Length
30 days unless your pilot agreement says otherwise. You can extend once by agreement.
What you get
The live product on your own data, setup help for one workflow, and a direct line to the people building it. No usage charges during the pilot. The product is provided as is during the pilot and may change while you use it.
What we ask
Real use, day to day. A named decision-maker. A short check-in each week, and an honest decision at day 30: convert, extend or stop, with reasons we can learn from.
Your data
It's yours. If you stop, you can export it for 30 days, and we delete what's left within 90 days after that, except signed-document audit trails, security logs and invoices, which we keep as the law requires.
Publicity
We never name a pilot partner publicly without written approval.
Converting
If you convert to a paid subscription while Founding 100 is open, you qualify for the price lock. See the Founding 100 Terms.
Law
Delaware law governs these terms.
