ReCaptured Intelligent OS

Everything that's included.

Every module, every seat.

Seven modules on one platform

CRM

Companies, people and deals are records. Email threads, calendar events, files and meeting notes link to the record they belong to.

Projects & tasks

Work runs as projects, with tasks that have an owner and a due date. Tasks are tied to the record, so the work and the customer stay together.

Files

Files live on the record they belong to. Google Drive files link to records without moving. Files are scanned before anything reads them.

Chat

Channels and direct messages, next to the work they're about. Slack connects today.

Meetings & notebooks

Meeting notes and notebooks attach to the record they concern. When you ask the assistant what was agreed, they are what it cites.

Assistant that cites its source

Your assistant works only from your organization's records. It cites the source behind every answer. If it can't cite it, it says so.

Roles & permissions

Roles decide what each person can see. External guests are free, so the people you work with can join without a seat.

ReCaptured Intelligent OS

The same platform runs underneath both.

  • One connected record for everything the business touches: people, work, money, files and conversations.
  • An assistant that answers only from your records and cites the source behind every answer.
  • Most changes are configuration, not code, so new fields and workflows go live in days.
  • You own your data. Export all of it, in standard formats, any time you ask.

If it can't cite it, it says so.

What's still open on Saltmarsh before Friday's site visit?

Two things: the revised quote (D. Okafor, due Wednesday) and the site-visit checklist. The contract itself is signed, version 3.

Did they approve the change order?

I can't find a record of that. There's no approval on change order #2 in tasks, email, or notes.

Keep the tools you already use

Slack, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar and Google Drive connect today; threads, events and files link to records without moving. QuickBooks and Xero sync is in development; we'll announce it when it's live, not before.
