What is ReCaptured, in one sentence?

ReCaptured builds and runs connected business systems on its own platform: custom builds for larger organizations, and Solution Packs configured for teams of 3 to 25 in a specific industry. Either way, a team sets it up with you and stays.

Which track is right for us?

If you run several locations, entities, or a network and need the system shaped around how you operate, start with a conversation; if a discovery makes sense, we'll say so. If you are a team of 3 to 25 in an industry we have packaged, start with a pack. Not sure? Talk to us and we'll point you to one.

How is a custom build priced?

The first conversation costs nothing. Discovery is a fixed price. The build is priced by milestone against a written scope you approve before work starts. Ongoing use runs on a platform agreement with a monthly minimum, plus usage and assistant credits that scale with you.

Is our data used to train AI?

No. We don’t use your records to train AI models that serve anyone else, and we don’t let our AI providers train on them either. Your assistant works only from your organization's records, and anything marked Private or Off-the-Record is never indexed. Questions about how your data is used? Email privacy@recaptured.io and you'll get a straight answer in writing.

Can we keep Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, and QuickBooks?

Yes. Slack, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar and Google Drive connect today; threads, events and files link to records without moving. QuickBooks and Xero sync is in development; we'll announce it when it's live, not before.
