The first conversation costs nothing. Discovery is a fixed price. The build is priced by milestone against a written scope you approve before work starts. Ongoing use runs on a platform agreement with a monthly minimum, plus usage and assistant credits that scale with you.

No. We don’t use your records to train AI models that serve anyone else, and we don’t let our AI providers train on them either. Your assistant works only from your organization's records, and anything marked Private or Off-the-Record is never indexed. Questions about how your data is used? Yes. Slack, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar and Google Drive connect today; threads, events and files link to records without moving. QuickBooks and Xero sync is in development; we'll announce it when it's live, not before.
