Sending a notice
Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to find it.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.

Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above that includes the elements required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). We'll forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they've filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
