ReCapturedFounding 100 Terms
The price lock for our first 100 paying customers, in plain language.
These terms are offered by RECAPTURED, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("ReCaptured," "we," "us"). They describe the Founding 100 price lock. They add to whatever agreement covers your subscription (your order form, pilot agreement or, once published, our Customer Terms). If there's a conflict about the price lock, these terms win.
1. What you get
Your per-seat subscription price for full seats is locked for 24 months from your start date, even if we raise prices for new customers.
2. Who qualifies
The first 100 business or organizational accounts that start a paid subscription with at least 3 full seats while Founding 100 is open. We count accounts in the order their first subscription payment succeeds. One account per organization; related entities under common control count as one unless we agree otherwise in writing. Founding 100 is for businesses and organizations, not personal use.
3. Pilots
If you're in a ReCaptured pilot and convert to a paid subscription while Founding 100 is open, you qualify. Your start date is the date of your first paid invoice.
4. What's locked
The per-seat price of full seats on your account, including full seats you add during the 24 months.
5. What isn't locked
Usage allowances for the AI assistant, overage (if you turn it on), add-ons, separately priced products or modules we launch later, professional services such as large migrations or in-person support (standard setup is included), and taxes. Your usage allowance is stated in writing before you pay.
6. Keeping it
The lock lasts as long as your subscription stays continuously active. It ends if you cancel, if your account closes, or if a payment is still unpaid 30 days after we've told you it failed. If you come back later, you return at the then-current price. A billing hold limits access but never deletes your data.
7. Month 24
At month 24, your seats move to our then-current list price. We'll tell you in writing at least 60 days before the change, and you can cancel any time before it takes effect.
8. Transfers
The lock stays with your account. It moves with your account only if your whole business or organization is sold or reorganized and the new owner keeps the subscription active. If ReCaptured is sold or reorganized, the lock continues with the successor to your subscription.
9. Other offers
Founding 100 doesn't combine with other discounts or custom pricing unless we agree in writing.
10. When it closes
Founding 100 closes when the 100th account qualifies, or earlier on a date we announce on this page and on our pricing page at least 14 days ahead. Accounts that qualified before closing keep their lock.
11. Changes
We may update these terms for accounts that join later. We won't change them in a way that shortens or reduces a lock you've already earned.
12. Law
Delaware law governs these terms.
