SMS Terms

1. The program #

ReCaptured uses text messaging to communicate with customers, prospective customers, and their teams. Messages are conversational and account-related: replies to your questions, scheduling and follow-ups for discovery calls and onboarding, and service updates about your workspace or engagement. This is not a promotional broadcast list — you will hear from us about your business with us.

2. Opting in #

You opt in to receive text messages from ReCaptured by:

• Providing your mobile number through a form on our website or when booking a call and agreeing to receive texts;
• Giving us your number and verbal agreement during a call or meeting; or
• Sending a text message to our number, which opts you in to receive replies.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from ReCaptured.

3. Message frequency #

Message frequency varies with the conversation and your relationship with us. Most exchanges are a handful of messages; you will not receive recurring scheduled messages unless you have asked for them.

4. Fees #

ReCaptured does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. Opting out #

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which we will send no further texts to your number unless you opt back in. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by providing consent again as described in Section 2.

6. Help and support #

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@recaptured.io.

7. Carriers #

Wireless carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability.

8. Eligibility #

The program is available to individuals 18 or older with a mobile number issued by a supported United States carrier. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder for the number provided or have the account holder’s permission.

9. Privacy #

Our handling of your mobile number and message content is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers and aggregators that deliver messages on our behalf.

10. Changes #

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
